Job responsibilities:

• Understand project specifications and requirements by interpreting architectural drawings and plans.
• Execute various construction tasks, including but not limited to framing, carpentry, masonry, concrete work, roofing, and finishing.
• Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Manage construction materials efficiently, ensuring proper storage and inventory control.
• Maintain a safe and organised work environment, strictly adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
• Identify and resolve construction-related challenges and issues as they arise.
• Operate a wide range of construction tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Communicate with clients as needed to address questions, concerns, and project updates.
